2. Accounts & Security

• You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and account activity.
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
• We may suspend accounts for security, compliance, or misuse.

3. Usage Rules

• No unlawful, infringing, or harmful activities.
• No abuse of APIs, scraping, or attempts to bypass security.
• Respect data ownership of your organization and third parties.

4. Payments & Billing

• Fees are billed per plan and term selected; taxes may apply.
• Late or failed payments may lead to suspension.
• No refunds unless required by law or explicitly stated.

5. Service Changes

We may update or improve features. Material changes will be communicated in advance where feasible.

6. Disclaimers & Liability

• Service is provided “as is” without warranties.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 3 months.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service anytime. We may terminate for breach, non-payment, or legal obligations.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to jurisdiction of courts in India.
